Public and authenticated CTL Web surfaces
These Terms cover the marketing site, docs, pricing pages, account/authentication flows, user workspace pages, admin pages, and launcher-access guidance made available by Core Trail Labs.
These Terms of Service apply to the Core Trail Labs public website, pricing and access flows, authenticated account surfaces, and any related launcher-access or admin experiences exposed through CTL Web.
These Terms cover the marketing site, docs, pricing pages, account/authentication flows, user workspace pages, admin pages, and launcher-access guidance made available by Core Trail Labs.
Selecting a plan or requesting access does not by itself create a subscription or grant product access. Access depends on verified identity, active entitlements, and service readiness.
You may not attempt to defeat session, entitlement, admin authorization, download, or other security controls that Core Trail Labs uses to keep the service fail-closed.
This draft is based on the current repository behavior: CTL Web is a public and authenticated control-plane surface with account access, pricing and subscription intent flows, limited diagnostics, desktop auth handoff support, and controlled launcher availability.
These Terms govern your use of CTL Web, including public pages at the Core Trail Labs site, pricing and subscription-intent pages, trust and documentation pages, account registration and sign-in flows, user and workspace pages, desktop auth handoff flows, and any admin or launcher-access pages that Core Trail Labs makes available to you.
Different products, plans, and launcher lanes may be closed, paused, private, beta, or otherwise limited. Core Trail Labs may change availability, routing, and access requirements as products and trust boundaries evolve.
You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and you provide accurate, current information when registering, signing in, or managing your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, verification links, desktop auth handoff state, and session tokens, and for all activity that occurs through your account unless caused by Core Trail Labs' own breach of these Terms.
You may use CTL Web only for legitimate business or evaluation purposes related to the products and access rights Core Trail Labs makes available to you.
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to obtain access, artifacts, subscriptions, or administrative privileges that have not been explicitly granted.
Plan selection on CTL Web represents purchase intent and configuration choice only. Unless Core Trail Labs expressly confirms activation, selecting a plan does not by itself create a subscription, finalize billing, or guarantee launcher or product access.
Checkout, billing, and subscription assignment may be completed on a separate authenticated or controlled surface. Additional commercial or service terms may apply to those flows.
Public downloads and launcher access may be closed or deliberately withheld. Core Trail Labs may delay, pause, or deny activation where trust, readiness, compliance, abuse prevention, or support conditions are not satisfied.
CTL Web, the CTL brand, documentation, designs, software, and related materials are owned by Core Trail Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, Core Trail Labs may use them without restriction or compensation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Core Trail Labs may monitor service integrity, enforce authorization boundaries, and suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes your use is unlawful, abusive, insecure, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice when needed to protect users, Core Trail Labs systems, signed distribution channels, administrative surfaces, or other trust-sensitive infrastructure.
CTL Web may link to or rely on external services such as source repositories, email delivery infrastructure, separate authentication domains, or other linked properties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Core Trail Labs is not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTL Web is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Core Trail Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every product, lane, or entitlement state shown on the service will remain available.
Documentation, pricing, roadmap signals, launcher status, and product boundaries may change as the platform evolves.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Trail Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunity, or service interruption arising from or related to your use of CTL Web.
If applicable law does not allow part of this limitation, Core Trail Labs' liability will be limited to the narrowest extent permitted by that law.
Core Trail Labs may update these Terms from time to time. When it does, it will publish the revised version on this page and update the effective date.
Your continued use of CTL Web after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
For questions about these Terms, use the official contact, support, or account-management channels made available by Core Trail Labs on its website or within your authenticated workspace surfaces.
This Terms draft intentionally tracks the current implementation: CTL Web exposes account and access flows, but plan selection alone is not treated as final subscription activation on this surface.
